The Saint John Police Force is challenging community members to race an officer during the second annual 5K Pursuit: Run for a Cause.

Participants can run, walk or stroll at their own pace along a scenic five-kilometre route through Rockwood Park. The course begins at Lily Lake Pavilion and finishes at Fisher Lakes Beach.

The family-friendly event begins at 10 a.m. A minimum donation of $10 is suggested, with all proceeds supporting the 2026 Holiday in a Box campaign.
